About the Founder of FUKUSUKE Coffee Roastery – TAKUYA MIURA

Born in 1992 in Anjo City, Aichi Prefecture. He grew up in the Sakurai area of Anjo City with a family that runs a business, and after graduating from university, he worked at a welfare facility for three years.
While making the most of his craftsmanship, he wanted to contribute more to society, so he set his sights on the path of coffee.
Then he worked as a barista for a coffee roaster in Canada for a year and learned coffee techniques from around the world.
After returning to Japan, he trained for three years at Rokumei Coffee Co. with the best roasting technology in Japan.

Miura Won the “1st crack coffee challenge 2022”.
On April 8, 2023, “FUKUSUKE COFFEE ROASTERY” opened in Sakurai, Anjo City, Aichi Prefecture.
