Gluck Coffee Spot Roaster
Gluck Coffee Spot roasts and sells coffee beans, and operates cafes. It opened its first location in July 2017 on Yabunouchi Street in Kumamoto, Japan, which was renovated from an old Japanese-style house to create a warm and relaxing space.
In July 2019, its second location, Licht, opened near Kumamoto Station as a specialty coffee and cake shop. The sweets are all created by a patissier, with each one designed to pair perfectly with coffee.
In October 2021, Gluck Coffee Spot opened its third location, Suizenji, near the new Suizenji Station in a residential area. The interior of the cafe, which was renovated from an apartment, has a simple design with a white-based color scheme.
Currently, all of the coffee roasting for each location is done by Calmest Coffee Shop in Ueki-machi, and the shops operate as bean sales outlets only on weekends.
